I'm about to try bringing a Leper with Bulwark and Man At Arms with Guard and Riposte to tank the head damage and a Houndmaster to deal DoT damage and a Vestal to heal. I don't really know how to mitigate this :\ unless it's common for everyone to do this and just hope for the best. The boss literally drops my entire group to critical health on its first turn. The problem is, I don't even have time for Hound's Harry's damage to start ticking before I'm forced to abandon the fight (or leave everything up to RNG). (then again, the Abomination is incredibly useful against almost any boss). Abomination is also incredibly useful against it.
